Workload is a project management platform specifically designed for contractors, tradespeople, and construction companies. Our services include:

• Project Management: Tools to organize and track construction projects
• Team Coordination: Features to coordinate work teams and subcontractors
• Document Management: Secure storage and sharing of project documents
• Communication Tools: Integrated messaging and collaboration features
• Progress Tracking: Visual project progress and milestone tracking

2.1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Workload, you confirm that you:

• Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
• Are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• Are at least 18 years old
• Have authority to bind your business (if representing a company)

2.2 Business Use

Workload is designed for business use by construction companies, contractors, and tradespeople. Personal use for non-commercial projects may be permitted but is not the primary intended use.

3.1 Account Creation

To use Workload, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Keeping your account information current and accurate

3.2 Account Responsibility

You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable access to Workload, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• System updates and improvements
• Technical difficulties
• Force majeure events

4.2 Pre-Launch Access

During the pre-launch phase, access may be limited to invited beta users or early access participants. Full public access will begin with the official launch in summer 2025.

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Workload only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute spam or unsolicited communications

5.2 Content Standards

All content you upload or share through Workload must be appropriate for a professional business environment and comply with applicable laws.

6.1 Our Rights

Workload and all related technology, software, and content are owned by Workload ApS and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to Workload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

Your privacy is important to us. Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8.1 Service Provided "As Is"

Workload is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workload ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8.3 Danish Law

This limitation of liability is subject to mandatory provisions of Danish law that cannot be excluded or limited.

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@workloadonline.com

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to our service or other users.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use Workload will cease immediately. We will provide reasonable access to export your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Workload shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

For consumers, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Email notification to your registered email address
• Prominent notice on our website
• In-app notification when you next access Workload

Continued use of Workload after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
