Built by contractors, for contractors. From real construction experience comes real solutions for project management challenges.
To solve the project management problems we face every day in our own construction business—because we believe every contractor deserves tools built by people who understand the trade.
Created by people who actually run construction projects and understand real-world challenges.
No unnecessary complexity—just the features you actually need to run projects efficiently.
Born from our own successful construction business and property portfolio management.
Workload was born from frustration. As owners of a carpenter and brick laying company, we constantly struggled with scattered project information, manual time tracking, and juggling multiple customer projects across our property portfolio.
Every project management tool we tried was either too complicated, too generic, or built by people who had never swung a hammer or managed a construction crew. So we decided to build our own—a platform designed by contractors who understand that efficiency on the job site starts with the right tools.
We're not a typical tech startup. We're a small, focused team of two—Ronni and Josefine—who know construction inside and out because we live it every day. Workload launches summer 2025, built from years of real-world construction experience.
We use Workload in our own construction business. If it doesn't work for us, it won't work for you.
Direct email support from people who understand your challenges—no outsourced call centers.
Built for busy contractors, not software engineers. If it takes more than two clicks, we redesign it.
We manage our own property portfolio and construction projects—this isn't theoretical for us.
